http://www.aavonpestcontrol.com/Raccoon-elimination-fairfield-county-ct.htmlRaccoon Elimination & Raccoon ControlMost people hear possible raccoons in the attic or chimney and place a call to have them removed. If no visual sightings have occurred, sometimes all that's left behind are the feces, fur or footprints. If you don't know what you're looking call a licensed trapper.
Our job is to locate entry points, also the potential entry points, check the chimney, outside trash areas, etc. As trappers, we establish if we need to trap or can a condition be changed to stop promoting the activity. Can we use one way doors effectively to let the animal leave on its own and then seal the area off? It may be baby time and one way doors are not a proper method. Can they be trapped on the property and then have all the entry points sealed off and released on the property. No raccoon is allowed to be released off the property where it was originally trapped per CT State law. A good NWCO trapper will give you all of the options.
