The best thing you can do is to save a sample of the insect you found. Once the species is identified and we find the source of the infestation we set up a specific treatment or treatment program. All treatments are based around safety for you, your family, pets and property. For example there are chemical treatments, heat treatments, freezing treatments; K9 inspections, etc. We also want to determine how the insect was brought into the home. Are you a traveler? Have you been on a plane or stayed in a hotel lately? Once we figure out the travel route of the insect, measures need to be put into place to not allow it to happen again.
